Talia was a dear friend since High School. We were table mates at lunch and attended religious school together. We learned that we were both from Cleveland, Ohio. She was a great support when my neck was broken. We kept in touch by phone and Facebook. She will be missed.
Talia and I were friends in high school but I lost touch with her for a long time. In preparation for one of our reunions, she joined a Facebook group of fellow classmates. We both started playing Words With Friends online about 10 years ago. She and I played many hundreds of games and I enjoyed every one. We also started exchanging emails about events in our lives. We got to see each other at our 50th high school reunion and had a group of several classmates who all played together. I'm so sorry to lose a good friend. She will be missed.
Talia was always so positive in all her interactions with me and others on Facebook.
We played many fun games of Words with Friends. She would many times compliment a good move. I was so shocked and saddened by her loss. I was looking forward to visiting at our next WHS63 reunion.
Talia was/is loved by her Wheaton High School classmates to this day. A caring, interesting and wonderful person to be with. She is missed.
I will really miss Tali. Wonderful caring human being. We spoke by phone frequently especially when as she was getting sick with heart disease almost daily. As her heart issues progressed when suggested by her care team, she elected to try recommended heart surgery. Unfortunately, she survived only about four days after the surgery. I am glad we enjoyed each others company and it is a big loss for me as well as her family, 1963 classmates, and friends. She has been to the last two reunions of Wheaton High School Class of 1963. We had a lot of fun both in 2013 and 2018 reunions in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC. We both took French in high school. Our time in French class during 11th and 12th grade was really fun. I am glad I got to reconnect with her in the past several years.

Dear family and friends,
It was my blessing to have known your mother. I send my sincere sympathy and know she is in a better place. My favorite memories were working with her and seeing how deeply she loved teaching and her family. I hope we meet again.
Love you all,
Laurie Greene
On behalf of her classmates at Wheaton High School, Silver Spring, Maryland, Class of 1963 I want to express our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of our dear classmate. Never have I seen so many loving tributes to one of our classmates as have been expressed on our FB page. Talia was one of us! And, we all take her loss so very deeply. RIP dear friend. You will not be forgotten.
