Marcia Helene Hucul's Obituary
Marcia Helene Hucul (née Davis), age 72, passed away on September 25th, 2021 in Solon, Ohio.
Marcia was born to and predeceased by her loving parents, Ralph and Dorothy (née Banchek) Davis on April 3rd, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was married to and predeceased by her beloved husband, Alan William Hucul, for 38 years, prior to his passing in 2017.
She is survived by her beloved and cherished children, Ian Hucul of Lawrence, New York and Danielle (Samuel) Selker of Lyndhurst, Ohio, as well as her adored grandchildren, Yonaton, Ariella, Kayla and Zachary. Marcia is also survived by her dearest siblings, sister, Sandra (Gary) Kaufman, of Pepper Pike, Ohio and Paul (Lois) Davis of Boynton Beach, Florida, as well as many loved nieces and nephew
Marci was known throughout her community for her talent as a baker and home chef, her exceptional math skills as an office administrator and bookkeeper throughout her career, her love of animals and her connection to and love for children. Marci’s greatest source of joy and pride was her two children and 4 grandchildren, to which she leaves a legacy of selflessness, generosity, chesed, profound loyalty and unconditional and abundant love.
She will be sorely missed by those who were fortunate enough to truly know and love her. May her memory be a blessing.
A private service was held on September 27th, 2021.
