Joyce A. Kammer (nee Chabler), 82, was the daughter of Samuel and Lillian (nee Miller), both deceased, and wife of the late Stanley L. Kammer, mother of Debra (Rick) Lopresti of Columbus, OH and Laura (Gary) Berger, grandmother of Michael Lopresti and Ryan and Cameron Berger, sister of Lawrence (Rita) Chabler of AZ. Graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and The New England Conservancy of Music. Music Supervisor in the Cleveland Heights School District. Private vocal teacher and gifted musician who sang at numerous synagogues, churches and other venues. Life-long member of The Temple - Tifereth Israel. Member of Alcoholics Anonymous for the past 24 years. PRIVATE INTERMENT. Memorial service Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at The Temple - Tifereth Israel, 26000 Shaker Blvd., Beachwood, OH. Friends will be received Wednesday only, immediately following the service at the synagogue. Memorial donations suggested to The Stanley L. and Joyce A. Kammer Endowed Scholarship Fund, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, 11075 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106.
