Dennis R. Kaufman, 69, of Willoughby died Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Menorah Park in Beachwood, Ohio. He was the son of Eugene and Elizabeth (nee Tilk), both deceased; husband of Frances Jean Riemer (nee Tanski); father of Stacey (John) Carlson, Kenneth Riemer and Debbie (Jim) Farragher; grandfather of Elizabeth and Danielle Carlson; brother of Loretta Adler (deceased) and of Raymond (Janet) and David (Ken Geist) Kaufman. Retired 33 year police veteran of Warrensville Heights Police Department, serving two years as acting chief. Graveside service Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Zion Memorial Park, 5461 Northfield Road, Bedford Heights, OH 44146. Friends received following the service, THURSDAY ONLY, until 8:00 PM at the home of Richard and Debbie Bass, 1729 Berkshire Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040. Memorial donations suggested to Menorah Park, 27100 Cedar Road, Beachwood, OH 44122.
