I apologize and I send my deepest condolence to the whole family my husband and I will miss him dearly. It’s just so crazy that I just found out. I am so lost for words he was a very great man. I am a very good attorney. I love you David.
David was like a second father to my sister brother and I as he was our father's younger brother. I will miss talking to or texting David everyday, even if it was just to say. David was caring compassionate and had a huge heart. he was a very passionate person and he sure did know his profession WELL, and did very well for his clients.
Not only did he get positive outcomes for his clients, judges, attorneys, clients and court personnel adored David for being such a nice person.
Rest well David, you livd your life better then well. Please give my father all of our love as well. Im sure you both are watching down on all of use. You will be missed.
I first met Dave back in 1985, when I was in the county prosecutor's office. He was always fair and very easy to work with. After I left the office, I would see Dave diligently working outside of the Arraignment Room with his clients. He never failed to tell me good morning and smile the most beautiful smile. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family.

Prior to my retirement as an attorney, I saw David often as he frequented the courtroom I worked in. We shared a bond over our deep caring for all creatures. We often talked of how we both captured various insects, mice, etc. that found their way into our homes, and humanely released rather than harm or kill them. He had a big heart for all living beings. May you rest in peace, David, surrounded by all the beings you loved and saved, both human and non human.

David was a dear friend and a great attorney. I owe a good deal of my success to him. David gave me my start in the legal field in 1990 when me gave me a job as his law clerk during law school. For that I will always be grateful to him. I will certainly miss his warm sense of humor and his fiercely loyal friendship. God bless you David.

Judge- Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas
One of the kindest lawyers I had known in my almost 35 year career. We had cases opposite each other, plus we also represented defendants in the same court. It was always great to see him. We both liked to arrive late at criminal call days. I will miss his great smile and personality

David has been a dear close family friend of our family for over 30 years. He just came by a few days ago for a dinner on Passover and met my children. He remembers me from when I was a small child, and now he met my children. We have many fond memories of him. Every year during the Passover Seder I can hear his voice in my head reading out loud certain parts my father would ask him to read in English for us to hear. David was such a kindhearted person and will be greatly missed!
David you always said I was like a daughter to you. I would call you for advice about ANYTHING, and you would always have it. Working for you was always a day with lots of excitement and laughter. You taught me a lot about law and many many other things. When I say I’m going to miss you, that’s an understatement. I know you’re in heaven shining down with that smile of yours and looking at all of us. Until we meet again. I love you!! Alicia
