Boris Gitman's Obituary
Boris Davidovich Gitman, age 91, passed away at Regency Hospital October 31, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Nadejda for 60 years. Loving father of Galina Tatarko (Roman) and Tatyana Korzhiletsky (Aleksandr). Son of David and Sura (Unger) Gitman, both deceased. Brother of the late siblings: Anna Unger (Zeylik), Aaron Gitman (Anna), Freyda Garber (Huda), Zeylik Gitman (Sonya), Nazar Gitman (Tamara), and Itsik Gitman (Sura). He was a very kind, nurturing, and selfless man who was dedicated to his family. Steadfast peacekeeper who was most greatly favored by all of his six siblings. Boris was devoted to his grandchildren: Dmitry Tatarko (Rebecca), Elina Tatarko, Aleksandr Korzhiletskiy (Yelizaveta), Stanislav Korzhiletskiy (Jessica), and Nickolas Korzhiletsky. His great grandchildren brought him much joy: Rickey, Amelia, Emma, Vera, Elise, Alexander, and Maksym.
Funeral service at 11:00 AM Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Gall Memorial Hall of Hillcrest Memorial Park, 26200 Aurora Road, Bedford Heights, OH 44146 where family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, prior to service. Procession to Mt. Sinai Cemetery for interment following service.
