Anita R. Koblitz's Obituary
Anita R. Koblitz, (nee Lepshutz/Rosmarin) 95, died July 16. She was the wife of the late Adam and mother of David Koblitz (Leslie Gersing) of NY, Beth Koblitz (Ben Small) and grandmother of Nicholas Smith of NY. She was the sister of the late Sybyl Turano and much loved aunt to her nieces and nephews. After graduating from high school, Anita attended and graduated from Smith College. She dedicated much of her life to volunteering and being involved with the National Council of Jewish Women. In 1991 she was the recipient of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland's Irene Zehman Volunteer Award. Anita loved cooking -- and was known for her awesome blueberry pie (among other yummy delicacies). She and Adam traveled all over the world together. They were a great team... both, long lives well lived. ALL SERVICES PRIVATE. NO VISITATION. Donations can be made to the National Council of Jewish Women (ncjwcleveland.org) and the Southern Poverty Law Center (donate.splcenter.org)
