This is less than one hour from eastern Cuyahoga County. Qualified veterans are entitled to a free grave, interment services (including use of a committal shelter for brief attendant services) concrete grave liner and government grave marker or headstone. If disposition is by cremation, in-ground burial or above-ground niches are available. This eligibility extends to the veteran's spouse and any dependent child(ren). Private headstones or markers are not allowed. Our staff will be honored to assist you in arranging formal military services at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
