TOGETHER AGAIN– Marvin and Ellen Waxman have both passed away after living an amazing life together. Ellen (nee Charns) Waxman passed away on April 30, 2022, at Ames Family Hospice. Ellen was born on May 20, 1941in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Nathan and Eleanor (nee Miller) Charns. Ellen graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. She had a nickname as a child “Peaches and Cream” due to her porcelain skin and blue eyes. Ellen always had a passion for animals, dogs in particular and enjoyed a career working in the fashion retail industry and dining out with her friends. Marvin Waxman passed away on May 1, 2022, at The Avenue at North Ridgeville. Marvin was born on February 7, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry and Rachel (nee Levine) Waxman. Marvin graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. He served in the United States Army and retired as a mailman from the United States Postal Service. Together, they are survived by their loving children Amy Waxman, Noreen Schirger, and Debby Zukerman; grandchild Rachel Schirger; and great grandchild Julian Ethan Rivera. In addition to their parents, they are preceded in death by their son in law John Schirger; and Ellen’s brother Michael Charns and Marvin's sister Jacqueline Ross. A GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held at ZION MEMORIAL PARK on SUNDAY, May 15th at 1:30 p.m.
